Filter Lists
What is a Filter List?
Filter Lists are configurable inclusion or exclusion lists used to control where ads can or cannot be delivered. They help advertisers filter traffic sources, domains, apps, placements, devices, geographies, and other inventory parameters to improve campaign quality, targeting precision, and brand safety.

How to create a Filter List?

  1. Enter a descriptive name in the Name field.
  2. Select the Type of filter list:
  • App/Bundle ID  - Filter by specific mobile application bundle IDs (e.g., com.example.app).
  • Domain Block or allow traffic from specific website domains.
  • IP v4 Filter by IPv4 addresses or ranges.
  • IP v6 Filter by IPv6 addresses or ranges.
  • User ID (IDFA/AAID) Filter by mobile advertising IDs — IDFA for iOS or AAID for Android.
  • User ID (IP+UA hash) Filter by a hashed combination of IP address and User Agent for device identification.

  1. Upload a file in the Files section containing the list of domains, apps, placements, or identifiers to include or exclude.
  2. Optionally add manual entries in Additional Records to supplement the uploaded list.
  • Review the configuration and click Save to create the Filter List.
